What our conditions mean
Every used item is graded by hand before it goes on the shelf. Here is exactly what each grade includes, so you know what turns up in the box.
Video games
- Factory Sealed Sealed and unopened
- Game is factory sealed / brand new / unopened.
- Complete in Box Game, box and manual
- Includes the game, box or case, and instruction manual. May be missing other paper inserts or extras.
- Game / Box Game and box, no manual
- Includes the game and the box or case only. No instruction manual or other paperwork included.
- Loose Disc or cartridge only
- Game only. No box or case, and no instruction manual or other paperwork included. If game is a disc, it will come in a case, just not the original case.
- Loose / Manual Game and manual, no box
- Includes the game and the instruction manual only. No original box or case included. May be missing other paper inserts or extras.
- Box / Manual Box and manual, no game
- Includes the box or case and the instruction manual only. No game included. May be missing other paper inserts or extras.
- Game / Manual Game and manual, no box
- Includes the game and the instruction manual only. No original box or case included. May be missing other paper inserts or extras.
- Manual Only Manual only
- Instruction manual only. No game or original box or case included. May be missing other paper inserts or extras.
- Box Only Box only
- Box or Case only. No game or instruction manual included. May be missing other paper inserts or extras.
- For Parts For parts or repair
- Game is non-functional in some way. As-is for parts or repair.
- Refurbished Repaired or modded
- Item has been repaired or upgraded / modded in some way.
- Damaged Cosmetic damage
- Game is functional, but has cosmetic damage beyond standard wear and tear. To qualify as damaged, a cartridge would have a crack or hole in the plastic.
Consoles and accessories
- Factory Sealed Sealed and unopened
- Console or accessory is factory sealed / brand new / unopened.
- Complete in Box Item, box and manual
- Includes the console or accessory, original box, and instruction manual. May be missing other inserts or extras. Consoles will always include all cables needed, and 1 original controller.
- Item / Box Item and box, no manual
- Includes the console or accessory and the original box only. No instruction manual or other paperwork included. Consoles will always include all cables needed, and 1 original controller.
- Loose Item only
