Shipping policy

Welcome to Double Jump Video Games. By purchasing products, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these shipping Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

These policies apply to all products purchased from our website.



1. Shipping Addresses
Items are shipped to the registered address on the order / your account / your PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure that these shipping details are 100% correct to avoid items being lost or mis-delivered. We recommend making sure your shipping address is correct on your account(s) before placing an order, and verifying that it is correct at the time of checkout as well.

2. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This is an estimate and may be affected by multiple factors, including, but not limited to staffing issues, increased order volume due to sales or special events, pre-order launches, or other factors.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include the tracking information. This information is also available in your account.

    3. Shipping Rates and Estimates

    We offer a variety of shipping options and services through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS). Rates will vary depending on the over all weight and dimensions of the order being shipped. Prices shown are calculated automatically from the shipping service, and may also be dependent on the category or type of item(s) being shipped, and the delivery location. 

    We offer free shipping to the United States of America for orders totaling $150.00 or more, before taxes and shipping costs. International shipments can be expensive, and do not qualify for free shipping.

      4. Local Pickup

      Free local pickup is available at Double Jump Video Games 204 SE Park Plaza Drive, STE 113, Vancouver, Washington, USA, 98684 during regular business hours. The option to select "Local Pickup" at checkout will only be available for customers who have a shipping address within a reasonable driving distance from our store. 

      Pick up for an order will be available once the order has been marked as completed. Typically local pickup orders are ready within 1 business day.

        5. International Shipping and Customs
        Fulfillment: We ship to addresses all around the world, with only a few exceptions based on country. 

        Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (VAT) are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
          6. Order Tracking

          Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can use it to check your package status on the carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for tracking data to update.

            7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

            Double Jump Video Games is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.

            If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at doublejumpvideogames@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier.
